Order
Order can do as a registered user or as a guest. Account will give you access to additional functionality such as archive of orders, customizing, preserving the cart of products and others.
By default in the order form is used “Billing Details”. If you want to be written invoice, fill in the fields “Responsible Person” and “VAT No”.
After we receive a request that you want to buy a product, we will contact you to specify the details of your order.
Delivery is made only after confirmation by the customer.
Orders are accepted from Monday to Friday during the hours of 8 am to 2 pm. Orders placed after 2 pm are processed the next day.
All orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.
Prices
The prices on the site are end-user prices include VAT. For wholesale prices make an inquiry in the contact form or contact us by phone.
Manufacture and delivery time
If ordered products are in stock, delivery time is between 1 and 3 working days depending on location.
When products are out of stock, delivery time will be further specified or according to clause 15 of the “Terms of use”.
Delivery
Deliveries are made by a courier to address or at the office of the courier in the city. Value of the delivery will be paid from the customer.
For orders over 250 lv.(without VAT) delivery for Bulgaria is free.
Method of payment
Pay with cash upon delivery.
Make your payment directly into our bank account. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order won’t be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.
Returns policy
According to the Law on Consumer Protection and Trade Rules, the user to be entitled to turn back product if:
- missing items in the package
- there is a fault with product
- discrepancy with the stated parameters
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your sale product, you have the right to return or change it within 14 days of receiving, if keep the following conditions:
- preserved good quality of the product
- there is no damage due to improper operation or not-qualified installation
- each returned product must be in their original packaging
- shipping costs for returning the products are borne by the customer
In the case when a product is out of stock or the occurrence of other circumstances which could delay the order, you will be notified of your specified email or phone number.
